Parents don’t let Crazy folks watch your kids!-Babysitters dehydrate Toddler!

Parents, Parents, Parents! A woman and her brother were charged with manslaughter and cruelty to a young minor, after the child they were babysitting died. Of what you may ask? These losers refused to give the 23 month old child any liquids for a week because he’d wet the bed! The poor baby was not even two years old!!

Sharon Patterson and her brother Robert Patterson were caring for 23¬month-old Amari Jackson when he died in February. Investigators in Me¬riden said glasses around the house were laced with hot sauce to keep the boy from drinking

My heart is sad for this child’s young mother. she is only 20 yrs old, she was feeling sick and took up the offer of a family friend to watch her baby for the week while she got better. I understand it’s rough to be a mom, and that she’d known these faulty babysitters for most of her life (the mom’s been friends with the babysitter’s daughter since age 8).
But parents you have to be vigilant with who you let watch your kids!

Sharon Patterson told police she had been drinking and smoking mar¬ijuana the day before Amari died. She also told them she had previously lost custody of four children because of drug addiction

There’s a red flag! If this woman lost all of her kids, she’s not fit you watch yours. I know sometimes you need the help or you don’t want to offend and tell people no, but you have to! Protect your kids! Everyone is not fit to take care of a child.
This is so sad. My heart goes out to this baby’s mother and family. My condolences
