Obama and Curious George???

A Georgia bar owner is making headlines for selling a t-shirt that says “Obama in 08″, but it’s not the slogan that’s causing the controversy. The Phrase is underneath a picture of Curious George peeling a banana.

The shirts have sparked protests from those labeling it as hate speech and defense from his loyal ptrons and those who want to protect him under “free speech”

Wow, I don’t think I know what to say. This election is honestly proving that race relations in this country are taking giant steps backward. Were we so busy being PC to notice?? Do we still feel the need to wait until we’re called a n*gger before we call it racism? We still have seperate and unequal schools, we still have legal discrimination running rampant, and we still have people making blatant racist displays. Have we overvome anything really??
