Random thoughts

I’ve got some really random stuff on my mind. It has no point, but I’ve got to let it out.

Have you ever gotten something you really wanted but not from the person you wanted it from?? That happened to me this week. I got a great gift from someone who had no business sending me anything and it disturbed my spirit and made me sad because I would rather get a toothpick from the boo, than the expensive gift I actually got from this guy. It just goes to show you that it really is the spirit of the gift giver that counts.

I’m really thinking about attending “Blogging While Brown.” I’m due for an ATL trip soon. I’m dying to try Luda’s new restaurant and I’m really interested in meeting and networking with some fab black bloggers!!

I’m really excited for the “Sex and the City” movie. I hosting a “girl’s night out” for me and the fabulous ladies I hang out with. Most of us were too young to watch the show when it first came out, but most of us watch the re-airs in syndication. I’m still shocked when I hear 15 and 14 year olds say that they watch the DVD’s!

Ok, I’m glad I let that out!
