I attended the Obama Rally in Tampa yesterday!!

It was electrifying! the wait was long but it was worth it. This is history in the making man!

HELP HELP EMERGENCY!!!

Barack Obama is coming to Tampa this Week and I am in desperate need of a T-Shirt to wear for the event!

This is my second rally. I covered his first Tampa rally last year as a member of the press and it was a small yet amazing event.( I shook his hand) This one will be a whole lot larger!!

So I need a good t-shirt preferably fitted in a size small or medium. If anyone knows where to get one in T-town PLEASE let me know!!

Obama and Curious George???

A Georgia bar owner is making headlines for selling a t-shirt that says “Obama in 08″, but it’s not the slogan that’s causing the controversy. The Phrase is underneath a picture of Curious George peeling a banana.

Open letter to Bob Johnson

Dear Bob Johnson,

Everyone’s entitled to their own opinions and to vote for their own candidates. Tavis Smiley, Rep. Maxine Waters, and Maya Angelou are all prominent black people who have chosen to support Hillary Clinton. Although it is not the same choice that I have made I can respect that and respect them. He believes that The fact that a black person and a woman are serious contenders for the highest office in the land means that we’re over race no longer need it to ensure diversity in schools or the workplace.

The mad I’m talking about I inherited from generations of black people before me. I learned early in life that this mad is not curable (not yet) but that I could manage it. But sometimes I get flare-ups of anger that defy management.
